Sales Consultant
Job Description

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll ensure all inbound requests are responded to quickly and professionally and be able to answer detailed product questions and encourage qualified prospects to join us in a demonstration of our product and service capabilities. Over a virtual meeting, you’ll be an effective listener, asking great questions, and guide prospects through a discovery process to help them have a detailed understanding of our solutions. You’ll be consultative in your approach that will result in a high percentage of your product demonstrations selecting Simply Order Food for their online ordering needs.
You’ll keep track of all sales leads, proposals, and other metrics on our CRM system and be able to report on daily progress. Successful candidates should be highly responsive, goal oriented, personable and positive, and a complete team player.

Qualifications
– Prior sales experience with hospitality or technology products (ideally both)
– Bachelors Degree
– Strong ability to develop relationships virtually and close deals
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Consultative sales approach with great listening abilities
– Prior experience with sales automation tools and CRM systems
– Can-do attitude and desire to get it done
– Strong ownership skills – willingness to go above and beyond

Project Coordinator
Job Description
We are currently searching for a solution-centered Project Coordinator who believes in giving the best possible experience to every customer. You’ll answer and initiate calls and problem-solve for restaurants and customers, manage a queue of tasks to assist in the day-to-day needs of various hospitality clients, and support the clients throughout the on-boarding process. Salary will be contingent on experience and skill set.
Responsibilities of a Project Coordinator
– Work with our support team to tackle queue of daily tasks
– Assist in liaising between client, technology & internal departments to provide clear and accurate program guidance for customers
– Data entry and proofreading of certain menus and menu updates where needed
– Draft customer service reports and identify creative solutions to recurring issues
– Proactively seek new ways to provide our customers and restaurant clients with a superb experience
– Troubleshoot to solve challenges and take on ownership
– Train owners and staff members on our technology
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/work experience
– Project management or customer service experience
– Cheerful attitude
– Proficiency in verbal and written communication
– Demonstrable proficiency of Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint and Word
– Ability to problem solve
– Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
– Willingness to roll up sleeves and take care of emerging operational issues hands on
– Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a laser-like focus on the details
– Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
